Maple Lemon Vinaigrette

This dressing tastes delicious on the harvest bowl but can be great for any salad! It makes 6 servings that are approx 2T each. It requires one “speciality” ingredient. I typically don’t like to create recipes with anything special but I’ve been using this maple allulose syrup in lots of recipes to cut down on the overall sugar content of meals. There’s nothing wrong with a little maple syrup or honey but the salad I put this in already has plenty of other natural sugars so I love this syrup as a sub! It’s easy to find at Kroger but I am sure there are options to order online as well.

INGREDIENTS:

-1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar

-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

-1 tsp dijon mustard

-1 tablespoon lemon juice

-2 tablespoons maple flavored allulose syrup (I use simple truth brand)

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a dressing mixer or mini blender and combine.

Makes 6 servings.
