High Protein Baked Pasta



INGREDIENTS:⁣ 🍝


🔹 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey⁣

🔹 1 box (8oz). Banza rotini ⁣

🔹 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese⁣

🔹 1 jar (2.5 cups) low sugar marinara sauce⁣

🔹 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣

🔹 1 tsp dried oregano⁣

🔹 1 tsp dried basil⁣

🔹 1/2 tsp dried minced onion⁣

🔹 1/2 tsp salt⁣

🔹 1 cup part skim mozzarella ⁣

DIRECTIONS:⁣ 🍝


✅ Preheat oven to 375

✅ Cook pasta according to directions on box. ⁣

✅ Cook ground beef, add garlic and seasonings while cooking.⁣

✅ Once the pasta and ground beef have cooled, add them to a large bowl.⁣

✅ Mix in 1.5 cup marinara, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and cottage cheese to the beef and pasta mixture.⁣

✅ Spread 1/2 cup of marinara to the bottom of greased 9x13 pan.⁣

✅ Add contents of the bowl to the pan. Top with 1/2 cup marinara and remaining cheese. ⁣

✅ Bake for 25 min.⁣

✅ Turn on broil for 2-3 more minutes to brown the cheese on top.⁣
