š¹ 2 cups kodiak cake protein packed flapjack mix (you can get a huge thing of it at @costco )ā£
š¹ 1 tsp. Vanillaā£
š¹ 1tsp. Cinnamonā£
š¹ 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetenerā£
š¹ 1/2 cup frozen blueberriesā£
š¹ 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberriesā£
š¹ 3/4 cup applesauceā£
š¹ 1 egg white (46g)ā£
š¹ 3/4 cup almond milkā£
š¹ 1/4 cup butter, meltedā£

ā Preheat oven to 350 ā£
ā Mix first 4 (dry) ingredients together.ā£
ā Mix wet ingredients together. Stir to combine. ā£
ā Add to greased muffin tin. ā£
