Berry & Greek Overnight Oats

f you are always in a hurry in the morning, tend to skip breakfast, or you hit the local Starbucks drive-thru you have got to give this super quick and simple make-ahead breakfast a try! š ⣠⣠Oatmeal is a favorite breakfast for many people but itās higher in carbs and doesnāt have much protein. With the addition of Greek yogurt this recipe has a decent dose of protein to start your day! ⣠⣠INGREDIENTS⣠š¹ 30g oats⣠š¹ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⣠š¹ 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds⣠š¹ one container light Greek yogurt (I use @oikos brand) ⣠š¹ 70g berries of choice ⣠š¹ cinnamon (optional)⣠⣠DIRECTIONS⣠ā Place the oats in the bottom of a glass jar. ⣠ā Add the almond milk, chia seeds and optional cinnamon. Place lid on the jar and shake to combine.⣠ā Add Greek yogurt and then top with berries.⣠ā Place the lid back on the jar and store in fridge at least overnight. ⣠ā Enjoy NUTRITION: 297kcals-5.5F/40C/22P
