Berry & Greek Overnight Oats

f you are always in a hurry in the morning, tend to skip breakfast, or you hit the local Starbucks drive-thru you have got to give this super quick and simple make-ahead breakfast a try! šŸ™Œ ā£ ā£ Oatmeal is a favorite breakfast for many people but itā€™s higher in carbs and doesnā€™t have much protein. With the addition of Greek yogurt this recipe has a decent dose of protein to start your day! ā£ ā£ INGREDIENTSā£ šŸ”¹ 30g oatsā£ šŸ”¹ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milkā£ šŸ”¹ 1/2 tablespoon Chia seedsā£ šŸ”¹ one container light Greek yogurt (I use @oikos brand) ā£ šŸ”¹ 70g berries of choice ā£ šŸ”¹ cinnamon (optional)ā£ ā£ DIRECTIONSā£ āœ… Place the oats in the bottom of a glass jar. ā£ āœ… Add the almond milk, chia seeds and optional cinnamon. Place lid on the jar and shake to combine.ā£ āœ… Add Greek yogurt and then top with berries.ā£ āœ… Place the lid back on the jar and store in fridge at least overnight. ā£ āœ… Enjoy NUTRITION: 297kcals-5.5F/40C/22P
